Directions:

From I-43 North or South: Take exit 152, State Highway 42 East (Waldo Blvd., toward Manitowoc). Follow Waldo Blvd. to Lake Michigan (about 5 miles) where it curves left (North) and becomes Memorial Drive. At the first traffic signal (Reed Ave.), turn right at the West of the Lake Gardens sign.

From Downtown Manitowoc: Follow Maritime Drive North. At Waldo Blvd., Maritime Drive becomes Memorial Drive. Merge with Memorial Drive and continue North to the first traffic signal (Reed Ave.). Turn right at the West of the Lake Gardens sign.

Mariner's Trail: Ride your bike or walk to the gardens! The Mariner's Trail passes directly in front of West of the Lake at Reed Avenue. There's even a bike rack at the gardens.

Hours:

Open Mother's Day Weekend to Mid October.
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Seven days a week (weather permitting -- the gardens will not be open during rain or other times of extreme dampness)
